• Functional business group action planning to support business strategy and sustain learning

Results 

• Improvement of 12% and 8% in employee perception of 'leadership capabilities' and 'team work'. 
  
• 79% of staff saying their manager made them feel more valued (up 17%). 
  
• 69% of staff saying their manager acted on poor performance (up 14%)
• Increased number of work applications with waiting list of qualified staff since management training began

'We used Maximum Performance to design and deliver leadership skills for our people managers at LEGOLAND Windsor.  We were pleased with the structured approach which provided a parallel proces to our Team Leader training activities.  Maximum Performance also helped incorporate some new training techniques we wanted to try such as Forum Theatre.  Overall this part of the session was fun and energetic.  It provided a powerful and memorable alternative to role play with excellent feedback from our Managers'
