To provide a continuous and consistent approach to Learning and Development Planning for all levels of staff against agreed learning objectives as set by Unilever. | Solution We have been working with Unilever on a continuous basis for nearly ten years and have been their sole approved supplier of management development programmes over that time. The level of learning from each programme is evaluated by asking each participant to complete an 'L2 evaluation form'. This form sets out the learning objectives, previously discussed with the participant and asks for their assesment on level of knowledge/capability for each learning objective at the start and end of each intervention. | Results Our goal (as stated in our Service Level Agreement) has always been to increase learning by an average of 1.8 on a 5-point scale. Over the last five years, we have consistently achieved over 2 points of movement on this 5-point scale. | | |
