Solution

In 2006 Unilever announced they were outsourcing their Global HR and training requirement to Accenture.  In May 2006, Maximum Performance was approached to tender for delivery of specific training courses across the globe.  Following a rigorous selection procedure, in November Accenture awarded us a 2-year contract to develop and deliver seven courses to their client, Unilever, on a global basis.

Our success in gaining this contract above 4,500 original tender bids was based on our ability to gain high recognition in four specific areas:

• Capability to deliver on an extensive global scale
• High quality control
• Consistency of delivery
• High calibre design in line with branding guidelines

Delivery for 2007 includes:

• 199 courses across 50 countries
• Open access central learning management system hosted by Unilever
• 39 courses translated into languages other than English
