Leadership and Management Training
A typical bespoke leadership and management development programme is multi faceted and delivered in keeping with our approach but often will include: - Delivery in modules of 1 or 2 days over a period of up to a year
| - Be supplemented by organisational changes to support new behaviours
| - Include an element of 360 feedback in the measurement
| - Be significantly enhanced by 1:1 coaching for all delegates
