| Large Scale Team Conference
Focus | Activity | to meet new members of the team and to get to know each other to review/clarify/communicate company or department strategies/structures to understand each group's role, responsibilities and strategies to agree plans to ensure strong cross functional support enabling the strategy to be delivered to establish a clear identity for the team that everyone can sign up to to create real motivation and excitement in working together as one unit
| Use of tools such as Facet5 and SDI on a large scale Actors to add "spice" to the event (Forum theatre, role-play work, evening entertainment Key note evening speaker (we have access to famous sports people and management gurus eg David Moorcroft) Film making (to demonstrate team identity, professional film making resource, editors etc) Outdoor activities (eg Formula 1 car "pitstop") Active sessions in mixed groups (on rotation basis)

Focus | Activity | to define how the team wants to work together to help individual members to understand each other (strengths, styles etc) to review team dynamics, individual roles and accountabilities to agree day-to-day actions to ensure the team works effectively to develop new ways to engage and communicate with each other
